  • 1. ALUMINIUM FABRICATOR
  • 2. DUCT FABRICATOR
  • 3. PIPE FABRICATOR
  • 4. SHEET METAL FABRICATOR
  • 5. STEEL FABRICATOR
  •
  • Metal fabrication is the creation of metal structures by cutting, bending and assembling processes. It is a value-added process involving the creation of machines, parts, and structures from various raw materials.
  •
  • Typically, a fabrication shop bids on a job, usually based on engineering drawings, and if awarded the contract, builds the product. Large fab shops employ a multitude of value-added processes, including welding, cutting, forming and machining.
  •
  • As with other manufacturing processes, both human labor and automation are commonly used. A fabricated product may be called a fabrication, and shops specializing in this type of work are called fab shops. The end products of other common types of metalworking, such as machining, metal stamping, forging, and casting, may be similar in shape and function, but those processes are not classified as fabrication.
  •
  • Processes
  • Raw materials
  • Cutting and burning
  • Forming
  • Machining
  • Welding
  • Final assembly
  •
Fabrication comprises or overlaps with various metalworking specialties:

  • Fabrication shops and machine shops have overlapping capabilities, but fabrication shops generally concentrate on metal preparation and assembly (as described above). Machine shops cut metal, but focus primarily on the machining of parts on machine tools. Some firms do both fab work and machining.
  •
  • Blacksmithing has always involved fabrication, although that term has not always been used.
  • Welder-produced products, often referred to as weldments, are examples of fabrication.
  • Boilermakers originally specialized in fabricating boilers, but the term is now used more broadly.
  • Millwrights originally specialized in setting up grain mills and saw mills, but now perform a wide range of fabrication.
  •
  • Ironworkers, also known as steel erectors, also engage in fabrication. They often work with prefabricated segments, produced in fab shops, that are delivered to the site.

The Benefits of Installing Solar Panels

  • Solar or photovoltaic panels decrease your home’s dependency on the main energy grid, and in turn your power bill. In fact, panels can produce more energy than your house needs. There’s no waste, though. When that happens, the excess electricity is sent back into the power grid. In many states, you are allowed to sell this extra power back to the utility company in a process called net metering, decreasing your bill even more.
  •
    Advantages of solar power include:

  • Lower electric bills
  • Net metering: Sell your excess electricity to the utility company for even lower energy bills
  • Environmental benefits: Reduce your carbon footprint, and run your home — and even your car — on clean, emission-free energy
  • Increase your home’s resale value
  • Take advantage of tax credits from the federal and state government
  •
    Solar Panel Installation Process

Unlike many electric shops and other companies that install solar on the side, solar is all we do. As specialists, we take pride in providing our customers with top-quality solar equipment, and installing it right.

Here is what to expect when you work with us:

  • 1. FREE solar estimate — Not every property is suitable for solar. We know that, and we don’t think you should pay to find out where you stand. Our solar assessments are always free. We send a trained and certified solar technician to your property, who surveys it to gauge adequate sun exposure and space. If that checks out, then we review your energy bills and write a detailed estimate of your system, including estimated savings and available incentives.
  •
  • 2. Solar system design — One size does not fit all when it comes to solar arrays. We spend the time to talk with you to determine your energy and lifestyle needs — now and in the future. Then, we design your system for a perfect fit.
  •
  • 3. Top-quality, U.S.-made solar panels — Like most product types, solar panel quality varies. Cheap equipment rarely pays off in the long run. That’s why we install only top-grade solar panels, wiring, inverters and other equipment. (Click here to learn more about the system components we use.)
  •
  • 4. Expert solar panel installation — Our dedicated solar panel installation team does nothing but install and service solar panels and related products. We know how to safely and efficiently install your panels for the highest aesthetic appeal, while protecting the integrity of your roof and other structures of your home.
  •
  • 5. Solar maintenance — Once installed, your solar panels will reliably provide power with minimal maintenance. However, it’s a good idea to inspect your system regularly and service it when needed to ensure optimal longevity and performance. We are happy to provide this service to you as well.
  •
  • 6. Customer support — All along the way, we’ll explain exactly how your home solar system will operate, and review product warranties and guarantees so you know your rights and what to expect. We’ll even help you apply for federal, state and local solar incentives!

    CCTV INSTALLATION TRAINING

CCTV - Closed Circuit Television Camera Training Syllabus

  • A closed-circuit television camera CCTV training can produce images or recordings for surveillance or other private purposes. Cameras can be either video cameras, or digital stills cameras. Walter Bruch was the inventor of the CCTV camera. The main purpose of a CCTV camera is to capture light and convert it into a video signal. Underpinning a CCTV camera is a CCD sensor (Charge Coupled Device). The CCD converts light into an electrical signal and then signal processing converts this electrical signal into a video signal that can be recorded or displayed on the screen.
