We offer and combine multiple testing options for testing your critical components, including; API 6A Appendix F PR2, ISO14310, API 17H & 17D, submerged gas, hydrostatic, submerge, downhole packer & bridge plug, hyperbaric, vacuum, cryogenic and high & low-temperature testing.

1. Wellhead equipment – These are the outer housing on the different pipes which are put in the earth. The lower one is casing (near to the earth) and the upper one is tubing.

2. Connectors – These are used to fit different diameter of the wellhead equipment with some adapter. If a separate flow line is required. Then we can have some tees also.

3. Hangers – These are the inter components which goes inside the equipment and outside of the different pipes. These components provide the seal ability and make sure that the fluid flows only through the pipe.

4. Valves – These are the components to stop or regulated the flow of fluid or use for safety purpose.

5. Others – actuators, hubs and other small components are also there..

6. Product specification Level (PSL) – It has 5 different quality level requirement for different components. Also the standard will tell you which one to select based on some criteria. These levels are different and very well defined. One interesting Level I think is the PSL 3G, there you need to test the components and assembly by high pressure gas. By which we are sure that for natural gas, the provided quality is good. These PSL level defines material qualification & its properties, heat treatment requirement, NDE, impact test, hot working practices, melting practices, material designation, welding etc.

So we can see almost in all aspect the quality requirement is full defined and controlled well by the standard..

Hydro testing, drift test, gas test is defined.

Performance requirement is defined and are of 2 types (api spec 6a pr1 and api spec 6a pr2 - PR1 & PR2. Both of them includes the pressure cycling test, temperature cycling test, Endurance cycling test.
